Cancellation policy
For any of our subscription or renewable product purchases, you may request cancellation at any point to terminate future billings. However, no partial refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.
We require cancellation requests to be submitted at least 14 days prior to the next scheduled renewal date. Any requests after this period will result in the subscription continuing until the end of that billing cycle before terminating.
For one-time perpetual licenses, no cancellations or refunds are permitted beyond the initial 30-day refund window unless the product exhibits demonstrable defects covered under warranty.
